Our contract with the BBC for example – where wehave provided planned and reactive maintenance for over 20 years – includes working with the Corporation, planning ahead.

This could mean re-hanging doors, changing locks and light bulbs, to replacing roofs and whatever else is required, to ensure that staff can go about their business in an environment that is conducive to work and safety.

When our team installed soundproof acoustic linings in one of the BBC’s new digital studios, like other clients, we had to work around their commitment to providing a service. So we worked around the news bulletins.

We also act on behalf of a number of property management companies, shopping centres and corporate clients. If a malfunction prevents a shop’s security shutters from opening, with the potential loss of a morning’s business, we’re there.
